The Senior HR Technology Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner between Human Resources, Information Technology, and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, developing data-driven insights, and supporting HR technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and the teammate experience. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with expertise in HR systems, data visualization, process improvement, and project delivery to drive technology-enabled HR initiatives.
This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a 50-minute radius of Temple, TX.

What you'll do as a Sr. HR Tech System Analyst:- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Partner with the HR Systems Product Manager to turn the roadmap into actionable execution plans.
- Design, build, and manage enterprise data models, datasets, and derived data sources to support advanced reporting, analytics, and operational insights across HR domain.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across enterprise analytics solutions.
- Architect, develop, and optimize integrations between enterprise platforms and internal or third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, transportation, warehouse management, learning, talent, and cloud services).
- Design and document integrations using APIs, middleware, orchestration tools, and file-based interfaces to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.
- Configure and extend enterprise SaaS platforms through low-code, no-code, or custom development frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Design custom applications or extensions that enhance platform capabilities while maintaining upgrade compatibility.
- Design role-based security, access controls, and data protection measures in alignment with internal policies and global regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, controls testing, and compliance initiatives related to data privacy, security, and system access.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure stable, defect-free solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, integrations, data models, security, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital innovation across enterprise platforms.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, platform enhancements, analytics capabilities, and industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Sr. HR Tech System Analyst:- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, analytics or a related field.
- Advanced data analysis and data visualization skills using reporting and dashboard tools.
- Strong experience with enterprise SaaS platforms preferably Workday (HR, ERP or analytics).
- Proficiency in data integration concepts, APIs (REST/SOAP), and system-to-system connectivity.
- Experience with security models, access controls, and compliance requirements in enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, low-code platforms, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and global environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile, SCRUM, or change-management experience preferred
