Sr Associate HR ProgramManager- Hybrid, Cary, North Carolina orRemote(East Coast,US)

About the job

The Sr Associate Program Managerwillsupport the HR People Systems and Analytics team by driving end-to-end delivery of HR technology and analytics initiatives, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. This role partners across HRand business teams to ensure initiatives meet quality, timeline, and business outcome expectations, while providing program governance, status reporting, and risk management. The role also contributes to business analysis and reporting, supports HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, MS365), and helps translate data into actionable insights that inform talent, systems, and process decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving execution and continuous improvement across HR programs.

As a Sr Associate HR ProgramManager, you will:

  • Develop a detailed project plan tomonitorand track project progress.

  • Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirementsregardingquality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

  • Assistwith vendor management.

  • Assistwith specialprojects asassigned.

  • Assistwithadhoc/custom reporting request. Provide business analysis where applicableonthe reports.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum oftwo -five years of experience in human resources and/or project management role. Preference given to those withpreviousHR experience.

  • Demonstrated analytical skillsincluding research,analyzing,and/or reporting information.

  • Project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

  • Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS,M365.

  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance procedures.

  • Advanced Excel experience isa must. (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

  • Equivalentcombination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
