Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on configuration expertise in EC Core, Benefits, and related modules, along with working knowledge of Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
This role involves delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, supporting enhancements, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth quarterly releases. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive system improvements and ensure optimal HR system performance.
Key Responsibilities• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including EC Core and Benefits
• Maintain and enhance Foundation Objects (FO), MDF Objects, and data models
• Design and implement Business Rules, Workflows, and Position Management
• Configure Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules
• Support and maintain Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules
• Manage enhancement requests including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Support quarterly release cycles, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment coordination
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy
• Work with Integration Center and support integrations, including troubleshooting with tools such as MuleSoft
• Ensure proper configuration of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) framework
• Work with XML configurations and data models to maintain system accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions
Skills and ExperienceRequired:• 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong experience in EC Core and Benefits configuration, Foundation Objects and MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Position Management
• Hands-on experience with Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules, SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)
• Working knowledge of Integration Center and basic integration concepts, Integration tools such as MuleSoft
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
• Experience with quarterly release management and testing
• Strong understanding of Data models and XML configurations, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end enhancements
Preferred:• Deeper experience in Onboarding and Recruiting modules
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments
• Exposure to complex/global implementations
Work Environment• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in office
• Flexibility to work from client locations based on project needs
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$70,751 - $165,984 CAD. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
