Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor Associate. This position will be involved in all aspects of wealth management for clients of the firm. The Advisor Associate will work within our Advisory Team, mainly supporting other Wealth Advisors, to help provide the highest levels of service to the firm's clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute investment plans, RMD (Required Minimum Distributions) calculations and distributions, tax loss harvesting coordination, etc.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients by attending meetings, calls and handling administrative requests directly as well as from team members on behalf of clients
  • Handle all client matters in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to team members including the preparation of correspondence, meeting materials, files, presentations and literature as directed
  • Create and supply data for reports at the direction of the advisors and directors
  • Develop working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, such as gift, estate and income tax planning, insurance, credit solutions, education funding, charitable/philanthropic strategies, etc.
  • Research client issues as directed and present data
  • Be a positive team player who works effectively within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Actively service client accounts by processing paperwork for accounts, track and monitor account/asset transfers, and process transaction requests as directed

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors' degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred
  • Completed or willing to pursue CFP®
  • Series 65 - or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment
  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
  • Reliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challenges
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

What We Offer:

We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
