Job Summary

This position is responsible for analysis related to optimizing reliability / stability objectives for our HCSC Technology Application Reliability Engineering and Support (ARES) team. In addition to operational excellence related to traditional IT Application Maintenance Support (AMS), our operation is instrumental in ensuring optimized uptime for all production applications in our commitment to providing a dependable and stable system for our business users, for our members, and for our various stakeholders. The role of the Senior Reliability Analyst is focused on ensuring Reliability Engineering is supported with data and best practice methodologies to ensure reliability challenges and potential gaps are systematically addressed as a natural course of how we deliver and support systems and applications. The Senior Reliability Analyst will work independently on assigned projects, supporting operational efficiency and process solutions, and will collaborate with management, technical staff and subject matter advisors to understand business needs/issues and develop cost effective resolutions to improve operational efficiency. The Senior Reliability Analyst may also represent the ARES team in meetings with management and other business units.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification in Computer Science with 7 years Information Technology experience; OR 9 years Information Technology experience
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS, Mobile and web technologies, Data center platforms (servers, storage), End user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile)
• Experience in Application and server operations and application configuration, Iterative / agile / scrum development tools, and System architectures and application portfolio
• Detail-oriented.
• Data analysis.
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes.

• Oral and written communication skills.
• Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
• Problem solving / analytical thinking

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
