Full Job Description
The impact you will have:

As a Senior Financial Analyst (Reporting), you will play an integral role in automation of financial analysis and reporting cycles to support business decision making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating financial reports that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with Finance and IT to plan, document and automate reports using Macros/SQL/AI, and build financial reports in Power BI. You will provide meaningful insights to business leaders by developing financial models, analyze trends and identify risks and opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to provide our business leadership with the analytical and decision-making support to help them execute on their market strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Work with IT to analyze current system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations to streamline and automate financial reports
  • Consult with Finance to identify financial reporting needs. Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple systems integrate to contribute towards automating excel financial reports through Macros, SQL, Power BI, and AI (specifically Claude and Copilot).
  • Design and create dashboards to visualize financial data and key performance indicators
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
  • Help proactively drive AI adoption within the Finance organization with focus on Claude/Copilot implementation through prompt engineering, building repeatable automations/agents.
  • Perform financial analysis and build comprehensive reporting packages to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze financial performance to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to provide insight into the financial performance of the business and to support investment decisions
  • Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits by working with external auditors
  • Support and collaborate with the FP&A team in preparation of the annual budget & forecasts


What you'll bring to the table:

  • 6+ years experience with minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills with advanced Excel knowledge, including experience with complex formulas and macros
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL Programming, Macros, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Previous experience with ERP system (SAP)
  • Automation experience with AI applications (Claude, Copilot, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
  • Accounting designation preferred but not mandatory- CPA designation or Business/Finance degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment


Salary range: 80,000 - 110,000 with 10% bonus
