Full Job Description
As the Senior Analyst, Enterprise Sales Operations you will support your Enterprise Executive Directors (EED) with preparation of advanced analytics related to pricing, compliance, overall customer performance and ad-hoc requests You will administer the contracts for which your EED is responsible, ensuring rebates and/or fees are paid accurately and timely and measuring compliance to the terms of the agreement by both Integra and the customer. You have a keen eye for opportunities for simplification or repeatability and create templates or recommend improvements. You train new analysts on the team and act as the subject matter expert on cross-functional projects Utilizes strengths in Excel, Looker and Power BI to extract, transform and report on customer sales and pricing data.

  • Utilizes strengths in Excel, Cognos, Looker and Power BI to extract, transform and report on customer sales and pricing data.
  • Trains new team members and acts as primary "go to" when they have questions.
  • Develops and reviews team work instructions to ensure always up to date.
  • Integrates and analyzes data from various sources to provide coherent, condensed reporting for Enterprise sales and management.
  • Administers contracts in support of assigned EED, including loading original contract details, amendments, terminations, product additions/deletions, processing rebates and fees and ensuring contract does not expire unknowingly.
  • Provide financial reporting in support of Enterprise customer Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Facilitates contract creation by liaising with cross-functional partners such as Sales Reps, Legal, Division pricing and sales operations teams.
  • Performs cross business unit and cross functional analytics on complex deal structures and proposals for regional hospitals.
  • Generates pricing information and reporting related to special customer pricing across business units and teams.
  • Facilitates the RFI/RFP (request for information / request for proposal) process, gathering information from across multiple departments, and consolidating the information into the customer required templates.
  • Assists in providing support to Enterprise sales team, prioritizing, and responding to a variety of reporting related requests on daily basis.
  • Coordinates with counterparts in different business units to ensure that reporting is consistent across divisions.
  • Coordinates contracting operations process, including but not limited to: securing price approvals from relevant business units, working with legal department to generate contract document, providing price files in various templates to sales and customer counterparts as needed, loading contract information into Model N, and validating correct pricing and eligibility.
  • Ensures correct pricing and customer eligibility on contracts, based on contract documentation and customer rosters.
  • Works with customer service to provide contract related pricing support around customer price questions and invoice discrepancies.
  • Partners in special sales related projects and provides management team timely updates and escalations to said projects as necessary.
  • Liaises with IS team, providing feedback on-going projects and/or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides timely updates to Management Team on on-going projects.
  • Strong communications (verbal & written), attention to detail along with the proven ability to manage concurrent projects independently is a must for this role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university or a minimum of seven years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of five (7) of experience working in analytics, contract administration, customer service, or accounting/finance role
  • Minimum of 2 years data mining/manipulation and data validation. Data reporting utilizing Cognos, Oracle, Power BI, Model N/Looker and Excel with at least intermediate features (Lookups, If statements, macros, etc.)
  • Possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry and the data associated with it.
  • Very high attention to detail and quality control is imperative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Must function independently and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Previous Model N experience highly desirable, particularly Model N Looker.
  • Track record of working with cross-functional business partners and vendors to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to extract the knowledge and insights from data.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, management and cross-functionally for positive customer outcomes.
  • Passion for customers and delivering the best possible service experience.
  • Sense of urgency and proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills.

Salary Pay Range:

$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary
