We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to serve as the analytical engine of our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis function. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will build the financial models, dashboards, forecasts, and reporting that leadership relies on to evaluate performance and make informed business decisions.
You'll partner with Operations, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Asset Management, and property management teams to consolidate financial results across approximately 15 resort properties, support portfolio-wide planning, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
If you enjoy hands-on financial modeling, uncovering the story behind the numbers, and working directly with executive leadership, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a growing hospitality portfolio.
Your Impact - Build and maintain consolidated financial models across approximately 15 resort properties, incorporating key revenue, occupancy, pricing, and cost drivers.
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, providing clear narratives for property leaders and executives.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting across corporate and property-level profit and loss statements.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards tracking guest satisfaction, review-channel performance, average daily rate, occupancy, and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze the in-house financing and collections portfolio while developing ad hoc financial models for fee initiatives, capital projects, ground-lease structures, and other strategic opportunities.
What You Bring - Four to seven years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or another highly analytical finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building detailed financial models; familiarity with Python for data extraction and automation is a strong advantage.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-property, or consolidated financial reporting, ideally within hospitality, real estate, timeshare, or another asset-heavy industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial results into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; familiarity with consumer receivables and collections analytics is a plus.
