Full Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Planning, this role provides critical analytical, reporting, and forecasting support for the U.S. business. The individual is responsible for managing monthly reporting cycles, maintaining performance reporting tools, and supporting forecast reviews with internal stakeholders and distributor partners. In close partnership with CP&A and Commercial Finance, the role develops and maintains key performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Excel and Power BI. Additionally, the position delivers financial modelling, mix analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments to support business planning and decision-making. As a key member of the Commercial Planning team, this role provides essential business continuity and analytical support to senior leadership through reports, insights, and presentations used by the ALT and Board of Directors to inform strategic decisions. You will be based in Miami, Florida.

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Support the monthly reporting and forecasting cycle by developing, maintaining, and distributing performance reports and planning tools used to inform business reviews and forecast discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Serve as a key steward of data integrity across commercial planning systems and reports, partnering closely with Technology team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and system issues.
  • Manage the validation and publication of critical business performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across financial and commercial data sources.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CP&A, Commercial Finance, and Sales teams to support the development and maintenance of key performance trackers, business reviews, and strategic reporting tools.
  • Support the integrated budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for the U.S. business, ensuring alignment across commercial and financial objectives.
  • Perform financial, commercial, and trend analyses to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting business performance.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making, planning initiatives, and business strategy development.
  • Provide critical analytical support during key planning cycles and business reviews, ensuring continuity and timely delivery of high-impact reporting and insights.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and business updates that support senior leadership decision-making and strategic discussions.
  • Support the development of materials used in leadership reviews, long-range planning, and Board-level presentations.
  • Design, automate, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, planning tools, and data visualization capabilities to increase accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.


THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • 3+ years of solid Analytics, financial acumen, and technical skills
  • Comfortable modelling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
  • Ability to make healthy internal & external working relationships, especially with Commercial teams, Finance, Operations and Distributor
