Full Job Description
Enable best-in-class contract manufacturing performance through analytics, operational coordination, supplier performance management, and proactive risk mitigation to deliver service, quality, cost, and inventory objectives
Accountabilities:
• Provide analyst support and coordinate day-to-day tasks for customer co-man operations.
• Maintain partner scorecards and monitor service, quality, cost, inventory and contract-compliance performance.
• Analyze supply risks, inventory positions and recovery actions; escalate gaps with clear facts and recommendations.
• Support customer co-man and co-packer onboarding and coordinate system set-up, innovation launches, documentation, SOPs and operating-rhythm deployment.
• Reporting, scorecards, invoices & Inventory reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer co-man processes
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
• Deliver Co-packer KPI's (schedule attainment, customer complaints, Right at first time, OTIF, etc.
Own:
• KPI dashboards, scorecards and recurring performance reporting
• Data integrity, action logs, documentation and meeting follow-up
• Analysis supporting production, inventory, cost and partner decisions
Influence:
• Production capacity at the sites, recovery priorities and partner corrective actions
• Continuous improvement roadmap, partner selection and innovation readiness
Critical Stakeholders & Relationships:
• Operations, Finance, Quality, Tech Services, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
• Degree or diploma in related field (e.g. , Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management)
• 3-5 year of Operations and/or Supply Chain experience / exposure in beverages
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
• Strong communication / organization skills, Advanced Microsoft skills
• Business Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations / Data analytics

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
• Competitive annual salary $88,000 - $105,000 in Chicago, IL & $76,000 - $95, 000 in Glendale, AZ
