Job Description

As a Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex projects within the aerospace sector. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals and analysts. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Sr Project Manager, and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico/ Phoenix, Arizona location. External hires will begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, the impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic leadership, project efficiency, quality assurance, complex problem-solving, team leadership, strategic planning, risk management, cost management, communication, documentation, process optimization, mentoring, compliance, customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all aspects of Capital Financial reporting including data validation across all reporting tools
  • Identify reporting disconnects and support timely resolution
  • Monitor all reports and ensure data updates meet customer requirements
  • Drive reporting improvements with ability to lead developers in new database and report creation


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2 plus years of experience in a senior project management role or leading role.
  • 3 plus years of experience with project management software and tools, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • 3 plus years of experience in leading and managing large-scale and complex projects.
  • 2 plus years of experience using Excel (tables, formulas, pivots, and macros).
  • 2 plus years of experience developing Tableau reports.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
