Position Summary RCM Health Care Services is seeking school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students throughout all five boroughs of New York City. In this role, you will help students strengthen their communication and language skills within educational settings while collaborating with school teams to support student success. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift - Shift details: Full-Time and Part-Time Schedule Available
- Hours per week: 10-30
- Contract length: Full School Year; Coverages Available
Key Duties - Provide speech and language therapy services to students within a school-based setting.
- Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals and school requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in written and/or electronic formats.
- Complete IEP documentation, progress reports, and end-of-year reports, as applicable.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with school staff, families, and other relevant team members regarding student progress and therapy plans.
Requirements Education - Required: Master's Degree
Licenses & Certifications - Required: Active State License (SLP) in New York
- Additional certifications: Teaching Certification (TSSLD) preferred; assistance available for candidates interested in obtaining certification.
Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families.
- Ability to manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of speech and language development, evaluations, and therapy interventions in educational settings.
