ITS is looking for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and a commitment to join our team as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in our lively outpatient pediatric clinic.

What You Will Need:

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
  • Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
  • Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
  • Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
