What You Will Need:- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- A desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Pediatrics Experience Preferred.
- Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
Responsibilities and Tasks:- Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
- Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
- Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
