Full Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a Remote (U.S) based International Specialty Sales Development Executive to cover the Latin America area.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Development & Territory Growth
  • Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, market penetration, and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and academic medical centers.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies that increase adoption of Labcorp's genetics, women's health, oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine portfolio.
  • Achieve territory revenue, market share, new account, and growth objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for opportunity management, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance through Salesforce CRM utilization.


Strategic Account Management
  • Establish relationships with physician leaders, health system stakeholders, and executive decision makers.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements focused on operational efficiency, and testing strategy optimization.
  • Develop enterprise growth plans that expand utilization across health systems, healthcare networks, and academic medical centers.
  • Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies within complex healthcare organizations.
  • Effectively manage travel logistics to maximize sales productivity


Clinical & Scientific Expertise
  • Represent Labcorp's reproductive genetics, women's health, rare disease, oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, ctDNA, MRD, biomarker, NGS-based testing, pathology, hematopathology, cytogenetics, and virtual pathology solutions.
  • Translate clinical, genomic, and scientific evidence into business-focused recommendations that support customer decision making.
  • Maintain current knowledge of medicine advancements in assigned book of business.


Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate field and virtual sales, international accounts, pathology, medical affairs, market access, operations, and executive leadership resources to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and actively contribute to new business opportunities with Labcorp colleagues including sales, customer support, compliance, legal, logistics, contracts counterparts.
  • Attend local and regional professional trade shows and events as requested
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects
  • Perform in-services, training and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staff
  • Update all relevant customer account information into CRM Data Management Systems (Salesforce)
  • Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products and market updates for current customer base


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of medical outside sales experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.


This is a unique opportunity to join the International Genetics and Specialty Tests sales team of a leading global life sciences company that advances patient health and powers clear, confident decisions through its diagnostics and drug development offerings. This position reports to the International Regional Director and will be responsible for effectively communicating and selling the benefits of the Labcorp Genetics and Specialty Tests commercial products to clinicians and department personnel for their assigned geographic territory.

The SDE provides direct sales and services primarily to OBGYN's, Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM's), Reproductive Endocrinologists (IVF), Oncologists, Geneticists, Regional reference laboratories and hospitals. This is a true hunter role, and the candidate is expected to prospect, develop, and close individual sales targets monthly.

We are seeking an individual with competitive and collaborative sales skills, with a high degree of communication and business acumen skills who enjoys growing and working with a seasoned, high performing team across a wide variety of high growth segments.

The position will call-on physicians in person and will require regular travel (~40%-including international and overnights) within the assigned territory.

The territory for this field-based position covers Latin America which includes Central America, South America, Caribbean including Puerto Rico and USVI. The ideal candidate would reside in the USA.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $125,000 base + sales incentive plan

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Variable Compensation: The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
