Summary

The Specialty Asset Manager III manages and maintains, under limited direction, an advanced and complex portfolio within a given segment of non-market traded assets, i.e. life insurance, tangible assets, closely-held companies, notes, and mortgages. Works independently or partners with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to provide comprehensive solutions to complex customer needs throughout the United States. This position may manage accounts and properties for any of BOKF's bank and trust affiliates. Has either direct supervisory reporting responsibility of at least one Specialty Asset Manager I or higher -or- is responsible for multiple complex and time-consuming long and short-term projects in support of the Managing Director or the Specialty Assets and Services Department.

  • You will sort through data and work in excel and microsoft on a daily basis
  • You will work to review accounts and ensure compiance and regulations are in place


Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 9-11 years related experience or 13+ or more years equivalent work experience.
  • Expert knowledge of fiduciary practices, responsibilities and procedures
  • Expert knowledge of contracts, leases, and title documents
  • Thorough knowledge of asset management functions pertaining to a specific segment of specialty assets, i.e. over seeing closely-held businesses, life insurance, tangible assetss and servicing notes and mortgages.
  • Thorough knowledge of Laws that apply to a specific segment of specialty assets, i.e. real estate law, consumer lending, life insurance regulations, or business law.
  • Working knowledge of Trust Law
  • Proficient PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Thorough communication skills and ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations
