Private Wealth Credit Specialist III is primarily responsible for underwriting large complex financial/credit transactions within the Private Wealth division, and makes credit recommendations based upon findings.
Team CultureThe camaraderie between the teams is excellent and helps foster partnerships. We are a close group, even though we're in different locations. We live by our mission statement. "We are committed to providing prompt, sound underwriting and risk management consistent with the bank's loan policy and overall risk tolerance while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our relationships with our colleagues and clients."
Private Wealth Underwriting has multiple teams, each with a team lead; however, we do not operate in silos. Each team lead has a working relationship with all team members, and the credit specialist can go to any lead for questions or support. Leaders use different forms of engagement for their teams and accolades are shared widely.
Sharing ideas, working on loan structure, and being customer-focused is part of daily life. Each loan is different. You need to be able to prioritize, problem solve, and deliver on time. Continual improvement, idea sharing, tact, diplomacy, and quick thinking drive this team.
