Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain systems or business process management.
• Strong experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience supporting planning, procurement, inventory, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including MRP and inventory management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence team for various operational areas.
• Serve as the primary business owner for supply chain processes within SAP and related systems.
• Define and maintain a roadmap for supply chain systems aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams for enterprise process integration.
• Establish, document, and govern end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Conduct process audits and compliance reviews for adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies.
