The Specialist, Product Commercialization will be responsible for project management support for key business Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh and Cost Savings projects related to Finished Goods
Accountabilities:- Provides project management leadership to support the delivery of all assigned projects.
- Develops project plans with input from all functional partners.
- Manages timely progression of various projects. Prepares and maintains clear and accurate communication and project documentation.
- Present crucial project updates and timelines to Manager
- Lead weekly Commercialization Meetings with cross functional team.
- Coordinate packaging preproduction process from Design Frozen to Art Release to printers.
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:1.Provide flawless commercialization support of Mark Anthony initiatives.
2.Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality requirements.
3.Managing multiple relationships both internally and externally.

- Quickly identifies issues and able to prioritize as needed.
- Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities.
Compensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
