Full Job Description
The Specialist, Product Commercialization will be responsible for project management support for key business Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh and Cost Savings projects related to Finished Goods

Accountabilities:

  • Provides project management leadership to support the delivery of all assigned projects.
  • Develops project plans with input from all functional partners.
  • Manages timely progression of various projects. Prepares and maintains clear and accurate communication and project documentation.
  • Present crucial project updates and timelines to Manager
  • Lead weekly Commercialization Meetings with cross functional team.
  • Coordinate packaging preproduction process from Design Frozen to Art Release to printers.


Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

1.Provide flawless commercialization support of Mark Anthony initiatives.

2.Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality requirements.

3.Managing multiple relationships both internally and externally.

  • Risk mitigation / issue resolution


Critical Relastionships:

  • Brand Development Managers, Brand Managers, Compliance, MAB PMs, Creative Directors, Liquid Development Team, Master Data

  • Highly communicative and focused on pre-emptive problem solving with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Quickly identifies issues and able to prioritize as needed.
  • Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities.


Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary from $74,000 to $88,000 based in Chicago, IL
