Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 2 years of
Software Engineering experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of
Software Engineering experience
OR
Associate's degree and 8 years of
Software Engineering experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of
Software Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, or improving Software and reporting configurations, processes, or lifecycle management programs.
- Experience supporting technology transfers, new product introductions, site start-ups, platform standarization, automated implementation, or process improvements..
- Demonstrated ability to own technical deliverables, deliver consistent high-quality work, identify and address risks within scope, and escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, communicate technical progress and issues clearly, and contribute constructively to team discussions and alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify incremental improvement opportunities in processes, designs, tools, documentation, or ways of working.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, technical writing, and technical problem-solving skills.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
