Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted advisor relationship with senior architects, Bell internal contributors (sales, Pre-Sales, delivery, etc.), and support them in preparing solutions
  • Act as a reference for architects regarding internal processes related to Pre-Sales activities such as WAN links validation, technical documents provisioning, change requests, etc. ;
  • Support senior architects with implementation and change activities
  • Interacts on a regular basis with customers, many of which are very knowledgeable of current and leading edge telecommunications and information technologies; as such, the Specialist is expected to be able to speak to and contribute significantly to the delivery strategies of a wide range of Bell products and services, standard and non-standard, existing and planned.
  • Maintain technical leadership and responsibilities, particularly during delivery of various connectivity services. (IP/MPLS, SD-WAN)
  • Deals simultaneously with a wide variety of issues and be comfortable with ambiguity


Critical Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in networking technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
  • Knowledge about IP Telephony, Security, Data Center technologies and cloud is an asset
  • Networking vendors certifications is an asset (e.g. CCNA, CCNP)
  • Ability to work alongside account architects, sales and Bell internal contributors with a view to developing solutions tailored to customers' needs;
  • Ability to work with customers to collect the necessary information for implementation and change activities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. At ease negotiating to build partnerships with a network of stakeholders, both internal and external, and ability to act as a change agent;
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment;
  • Organization and time management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
