Join Bell's dynamic Accounting Systems Team as a Finance Manager, where you will drive financial transformation through strategic projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems, you will play a critical role in enhancing billing and efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across financial systems and processes. This role demands a forward-thinking professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates across teams, and leverages technology to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, validate assumptions, and work with IT to deliver automated finance solutions.
  • Project Management: Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical billing solutions. Oversee the implementation, upgrade, or migration of billing systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP, BW, NM1).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Perform complex data analysis and investigations to ensure all billing transformations adhere to business processes/rules, internal financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements, while considering the future growth of the LOB and Bell.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with accounting and controller teams to ensure new projects strengthen analytical, control, and reporting frameworks.
  • Financial Modeling: Ensure billing projects are properly integrated and mapped to the appropriate General Ledgers (GLs), Cost Centers, Company Codes, etc.
  • Change Management: Guide teams through transformation by fostering collaboration with technical, operational, and financial partners.


Critical Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, PS/PM, AA modules) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Mastery: Strong ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, drive actionable insights, and handle large datasets effectively.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with financial reporting systems and accounting workflows.

  • Familiarity with billing systems such as NM1.

  • Accounting designation (CPA) or progress toward completion.


  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to integrate diverse documents and flowcharts into clear leadership presentations.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
