Title: Specialist, Delivery Management

The Specialist serves as a partner to the Central Delivery Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This hybrid role blends high-trust senior leadership support with operational coordination, system building, and cross-team enablement.

This position is ideal for early to mid-career professionals who excel at organization, communication, and executionand who thrive in fast moving environments where SLT members rely on proactive planning, clear structure, and operational follow through.
The Program Specialist ensures the SLT can operate at a strategic level by creating structure, enabling clarity, and driving operational excellence. Your work strengthens team performance, improves decisionmaking, and enhances the effectiveness of programs across Central Delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and facilitate SLT and partnerlevel meetings, including agendas, materials, followups, and implementation of bestpractice meeting standards.
  • Manage SLT calendar priorities and maintain shared systems for travel, PTO, and major commitments to support alignment and proactive planning.
  • Collaborate with Program Operations on the development of templates, standardized tools, shared folders, and operating mechanisms that improve consistency.
  • Lead and coordinate the team responsible for event facilitation (local events, workshops, innovation sessions, exec meetings), ensuring professional execution, smooth logistics, and consistent processes.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, DOSE teams, and local staff to deliver highquality events, following timelines, communication plans, and vendor processes.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of improved program processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to have (minimum qualification):

  • Bachelors degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 2+ years of work experience leading executive-level coordination, communication, and decision support and/or related experience
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool)


What we need you to have (preferred qualifications):

  • Knowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets).
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel.
  • Outstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool).


Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$67,355.00 - $114,503.00
