Otis is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives within our Supply Chain Management organization. In this role, you will manage multiple cross-functional projects that support our operations across North, Central, and South America. Working collaboratively with a diverse team, you will drive project execution, process improvements, and business outcomes that strengthen our regional supply chain performance.

On a typical day you will:Major Project Supply Chain Execution
- Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned major projects.
- Support supply chain activities throughout the project lifecycle, including pursuit, award, execution, and closeout.
- Partner with project managers and functional stakeholders to align sourcing and supplier strategies with project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact project cost, schedule, quality, or customer commitments.
- Track and report key project supply chain deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.
Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Support
- Lead competitive bidding activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting for project-specific materials and services.
- Coordinate with regional and global category leaders to leverage preferred suppliers and existing commercial agreements.
- Develop sourcing recommendations based on cost, lead time, supplier capability, and project risk considerations.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with approved terms and conditions.
- Monitor supplier commitments and assist in resolving commercial or operational issues throughout project execution.
Stakeholder and Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, operations, supplier quality, legal, finance, and field teams to support project objectives.
- Participate in customer and general contractor meetings as required to support project execution.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders on sourcing decisions, supplier performance issues, and project risks.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions to project leadership when necessary.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers supporting major projects.
- Monitor supplier performance related to delivery, quality, responsiveness, safety, and cost.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and support corrective action plans where required.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and supplier performance enhancements.
Governance and Compliance
- Support Project Sourcing Review Board (PSRB) activities by preparing sourcing recommendations, project documentation, and business justifications.
- Ensure compliance with Otis sourcing policies, approval requirements, contracting standards, and governance processes.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records, contracts, savings documentation, and supplier performance metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and sourcing effectiveness.
Financial and Commercial Support
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities related to sourced services and materials.
- Identify and deliver project-related cost savings and value creation opportunities.
- Assist in tracking commercial commitments and supplier financial performance against project objectives.
Compliance
- Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate and promote adherence to the Otis Absolutes in all business activities.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
What you will need to be successful:- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, construction, engineering, or related project delivery functions
- Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results within a matrix organization
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Customer-facing and supplier-facing experience preferred
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or major capital projects is highly desirable
- Up to 20% travel
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- PMP, CPSM, CPSD, or similar professional certification is a plus

The salary range for this role is $93,000-$115,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
