  • Prepare briefing materials and organize sensitive documents.
  • Anticipate leadership needs by identifying potential issues and providing innovative solutions.

  • Conduct research and prepare executive-level summaries to aid leadership decision-making on complex matters.

Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Special Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Department of War (DoW) Director of the Office of Strategic Capital (OSC). This is an exciting position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional seeking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to significant national defense initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the day-to-day operational success of the Director.

This position is full-time on site in Washington, DC.

Job Description:
  • In coordination with the Director's Executive Assistant, efficiently manage and optimize the Senior Leader's complex and fast-moving schedule.
  • Assist with prioritization and de-confliction of meetings and events to ensure seamless daily operations.
