You Are:As a Senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes. You bring deep expertise in Sourcing & Procurement - applying AI to drive cost-out, strategic category management, supplier intelligence, and procurement operations transformation - and you understand how to apply these capabilities in complex, fast-moving High Tech industry environments.
The Work:- Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
- Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
- Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-powered Sourcing & Procurement solutions - spanning strategic sourcing, category management, supplier risk intelligence, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations - to deliver measurable cost savings and supply chain resilience for clients.
Travel Requirements:Travel is required for this role and could vary from 0-75%.
Here's what you need: - Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience - including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
- Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
- Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience)

- Experience in the High-Tech industry, including semiconductors, software, hardware, or electronics manufacturing - with an understanding of complex global supply chains, component sourcing, contract manufacturing, and the speed-to-market pressures unique to High Tech procurement and supply chain environments.
- Functional expertise in Sourcing & Procurement, with hands-on experience designing AI-enabled procurement operating models, agentic sourcing workflows, intelligent supplier risk monitoring, or autonomous spend analytics solutions.
