This role provides advanced technical support for complex RF and OTA test systems, drives ticket resolution, and works closely with field service, engineering, and customers to maximize system availability and customer satisfaction. The position is instrumental in scaling recurring service revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role can be based out of either Coppell, TX or Milpitas, CA and will require regular attendance in the office each week.
Your tasks - - Provide advanced technical support for complex RF, OTA, and wireless test systems
- Own the technical ticket lifecycle from opening through resolution and closure
- Prioritize and manage support cases in accordance with SLA response and resolution commitments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for hardware, software, and integrated systems
- Coordinate issue resolution with Field Service Engineers, Engineering, Product Divisions, and third-party suppliers
- Provide remote technical guidance to field personnel to reduce system downtime and unnecessary onsite visits
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring product or system issues and recommend corrective actions and service improvements
- Support preventive maintenance strategies and system health assessments
- Participate in customer technical reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives
- Support new SLA program implementation and ongoing service delivery processes
Your qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years supporting RF Test & Measurement systems or related wireless technologies
- Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, wireless communications, and system integration
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and integrated test systems
- Experience managing technical support cases using ticket management systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
- Ability to travel domestically as required (approximately 20-30%)

The total compensation for this position is $120K-$140K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
