Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
- Position requires 5 years of experience in the following:
- Stakeholder management (engagement, collaboration, managing expectations) in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with and persuading executive stakeholders
- Delivering systems solutions (vision, strategy, roadmap) across the full implementation lifecycle
- Applying domain-specific technical knowledge in Cloud Professional Services organizations, IT consulting, or program management organizations
- Uncovering customer objectives and solution vision using structured questioning and listening (Structured discovery)
- Managing the opportunity pipeline through the sales, customer management, and design lifecycle
Responsibilities- Develop implementation strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by translating business use cases into actionable delivery models.
- Manage the end-to-end services business process from lead to delivery, driving operational excellence through forecasting, scoping, and agreement closure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and consultants to define project goals, create Statements of Work, and act as the primary services contact.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify new business opportunities and drive solution adoption.
- Create and refine repeatable content such as best practice recommendations, tutorials, and technical documentation to support solution delivery. Identify and communicate product gaps and solution trends to internal product and engineering teams to influence future development and mitigate risks.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,900 - $204,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location.
