Kinaxis Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Kinaxis implementations and possess strong expertise in supply chain planning processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality supply chain solutions.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
- Design solution architecture aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize Kinaxis applications, including data models, workbooks, dashboards, and planning applications.
- Lead solution workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to project teams.
- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Develop and review solution design documents, technical specifications, and deployment strategies.
- Perform solution validation, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation when required.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementation projects as a Solutions Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Capacity Planning
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Strong data modeling and configuration experience within Kinaxis.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification(s).
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain planning solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven supply chain planning solutions is a plus.
