Position Summary
Paperless Environments is looking for a sales executive to be responsible for generating a pipeline and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, consistent follow up, mastery of the sales process, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Applicants with a background or experience in accounting, construction, software sales, or technical/software sales engineer a big plus.

What you need to do:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company's products
- Track all sales activities and follow up in our CRM system
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales revenue goals
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and follow to completion
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-4 years sales experience, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of the construction business or finance/operations, with experience in AP/AR workflows, process automation, and content management, OCR or compliance functions is a plus. Also, software sales engineers, implementers, and technical trainers with customer facing experience will do very well.
