Who We're Looking For (Position Overview): Do you like being the single person who actually knows where every license lives? You will be the central administrator for the PM MAGTF C2 commercial off-the-shelf software portfolio - fielded, laboratory, test, and training assets - working directly with the Product Support & Sustainment Team Lead. Get this right and the portfolio never loses a capability to an expired renewal. It is a role with clear ownership and immediate visibility, which is exactly how we like to start people on a growth program. What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities): • Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets. • Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative (currently the PSS Team Lead). • Draft license management procedures for Government approval and perform the administrative and tracking tasks supporting COTS license management. • Establish and manage the procurement timeline - maintain configuration status, license expiration and renewal schedules, and purchase order status trackers. • Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts (including fair share allocation) and regular software utilization and accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements): • Demonstrated history of delivering software license, asset, or procurement tracking - 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix. • Bachelor's degree. • Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility. • Advanced spreadsheet skill and genuine comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle. Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): • Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling. • Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking. • Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations. • Detail-oriented to the point of mild obsession - this role rewards it.
