Position OverviewAs a Software Engineering Group Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Denver, CO.
Candidates should have experience with the following:
Leading and contributing hands-on to AI transformation initiatives and data transformation efforts across enterprise environments
Designing and implementing modern data architectures and AI platforms, including scalable, cloud-based solutions
Building and evolving shared service capabilities that support multiple lines of business, particularly within complex organizational structures
Deep understanding of the modern AI and data ecosystem, including machine learning infrastructure, data pipelines, and platform engineering concepts
Experience establishing or maturing architecture functions aligned to data products and enterprise strategy
Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent, with potential to grow and manage direct reports over time
Strong focus on culture, collaboration, and team respect, with a track record of fostering inclusive and positive team environments
Ability to act as an intentional leader, actively cultivating engagement, accountability, and a strong team dynamic
Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries
Preferred skills:
Experience supporting AI/ML enablement at scale within enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across business and technology organizations

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $50,000.00 - $298,870.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
