Tasks and Responsibilities- Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use.
- Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership for engineering teams and contribute to the definition, design, development, integration, test and documentation of the product and its features in alignment with established technology and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with the people on your team, in your functional area, and with your business stakeholders to ensure business value is achieved.
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, delivering results with integrity, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed-upon goals.
- Operate within an agile team to deliver outcomes iteratively while fostering empiricism, learning, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)- Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a equivalent engineering field.
- Previous work experience as Software engineer of 4-6 years' experience is requires.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no supervision and guidance.
- Strong programming skills:
- AWS cloud development
- TypeScript and JavaScript
- Node.js
- Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, API Gateway
- Experience in web development, mobile development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
