Full Job Description
Razor is seeking an innovative and experienced Software Engineer to support the execution of projects involving Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Big Data, and Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical capabilities in software development and enterprise application integration within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
The Software Engineer will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions in an Agile environment while identifying opportunities to improve existing applications, automate processes, and solve complex operational challenges.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • ctive Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility and a CI Polygraph.
Location & Work Arrangement:
  • Fairfax, Virginia and/or Springfield, Virginia
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 3 business days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions by analyzing stakeholder requirements, system flows, data usage, and business processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience designing, coding, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level systems.

  • Experience working with brownfield applications, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing new functionality.
  • Experience with DevSecOps frameworks and tools, including GitLab and Jira.
  • Experience developing architecture/system diagrams and data-flow diagrams.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Experience with the Linux command-line interface and scripting.
  • Experience working within an gile development environment.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to understand complex processes and anticipate outcomes.
