Summary

The Software Engineer will work closely with the Software Engineering team to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications. This role involves gaining exposure to some complex tasks and occasionally receiving direction in various aspects of the work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of full stack applications using the Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to software development standards.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and collaborating with teammates to meet project milestones and delivery deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SQL / full stack technology development and maintenance (SSIS, T-SQL, SQL Server | Nice to have: Python, C#, Java, Vue.js, Angular, React).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of performance tuning and code optimization concepts.
  • Experience in delivering multiple medium-sized projects or at least one large project from inception to deployment through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
