Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 8 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience building developer platforms, automated code-fixing or CI/CD pipelines, distributed backend services.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience building LLM applications, multi-agent workflows, tool-use harnesses or automated evaluation pipelines and agentic code quality.
- Familiarity with privacy/safety engineering, software security including common weakness enumerations (CWEs), sanitizers, vulnerability patching, or production compliance (BCID, policy enforcement).

Responsibilities- Spend your time designing systems, writing and reviewing code, and improving our multi-agent pipelines, evaluation judges, and verification sandboxes.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and tech leads, keeping the team focused on solving real Privacy, Safety, Security, and compliance problems rather than building unnecessary complexity.
