What You'll Deliver- Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques
- Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling)
- Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, customer-facing applications and services
- Write clean, well-documented, and extensible code aligned with engineering standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Quality Engineering
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (refinement, coding, testing, deployment)
- Participate in Agile practices and continuously improve development processes and quality
- Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables to meet performance expectations
- Ownership of multiple versions of data warehouse code for imports from various time and billing systems
- Owning ways to scale existing code, and options to modernize platform

What You'll Bring Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of software development experience with strong C# and TypeScript/JavaScript skills
- Experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, and Entity Framework
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks and test coverage practices
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Strong knowledge of backend development, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
- Proven prompt engineering experience and strong written communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with AI-enabled development (e.g., Agentic AI tools, prompt orchestration, AI feature delivery)
- Cloud and containerization experience (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on secure, scalable design

Pay Transparency for Colorado ApplicantsThe base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
