Your OpportunityAs a Software Engineer (Level 3 / E3) in the Core Platform team, you'll write, test, and ship well-scoped tasks and features that contribute to product scalability, performance, and customer experience - working closely with senior engineers who will help you grow quickly.
This is a backend-first, full-stack engineering role for someone early in their career who loves building high-quality distributed systems, writing clean code, and learning to own their work from design to production. As you ramp, you'll join the success/on-call rotation for the systems you help build.
You'll work on foundational platform capabilities used across multiple Whatfix products, operating under real-world enterprise reliability, performance, and security constraints.
