Position OverviewAs a Software Engineer Lead (SDET) within PNC's C/IB MIS Accelerator organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.
Requirements:
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-
quality testing solutions.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, provide technical direction, and
drive best practices across the testing lifecycle.
• Skilled in making architectural decisions and implementing modern
technologies and automation frameworks.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and aligning technical solutions with business
goals.
• Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and building high-
performing quality engineering teams.
• Provide strategic direction for testing and serve as a subject matter expert
for both the quality discipline and supported line of business domain(s).

Job Description- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
