Ads Quality and Efficiency Technology focuses on end-to-end quality assurance and technology-driven efficiency enhancement across the entire ads ecosystem, including Ad Manager, Delivery System, Review System, Conversion Measurement, and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Participate substantively in test development initiatives for commercial monetization products. - Conduct business-oriented testing across Web and server-side products. - Track, analyze, and document issues identified during testing; oversee the bug resolution lifecycle by proactively collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. - Execute integration testing and system testing, along with automation and performance testing as required. - Drive and monitor the implementation of end-to-end project workflows, assess project risks, facilitate issue resolution, and safeguard overall product quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s): - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline. - Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++. - Genuine passion for software testing, with strong attention to detail, diligence, and patience. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rapidly grasp engineering and product nuances. - Prior experience in large-scale system test development is preferred; familiarity with computational advertising or relevant test development experience is a strong plus. - Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning AI technologies and the ability to approach problem-solving with an AI-driven mindset. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
