Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management)Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok. Key Responsibilities: - Work on cackend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform. - Turn TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry. - Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions. - Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Mster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus, but not required. - Professional experience with Java is preferred. - Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred. - Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
