Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more of the following: Web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React), iOS (Swift, Objective-C), Android (Kotlin, Java), backend or ML services.
- Experience building and shipping consumer-facing software products.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

In this role, you will work on a team focused on solving user problems with AI solutions. You will navigate ambiguity to define and build consumer-facing products and features, working across the stack in Android, iOS, Web, or backend services. We are looking for software engineers to design and implement frontend experiences and well-designed, scalable backend services. This role requires cross-functional collaboration both internally and across Google Product Areas (PAs), with an emphasis on Android and Chrome partnerships.

Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy high-quality consumer product features across web, mobile (Android/iOS), or backend services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Develop simple, reusable, and scalable code libraries and frameworks to accelerate product development.
- Iterate on product prototypes and features, balancing development velocity with a high standard of code quality and craft.
