Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using human resources information system (HRIS) for reporting.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Provide dynamic coaching and advice to leaders and managers on people and culture (P&C) topics, including performance management, team conflict, and policy exceptions.
- Partner with P&C partners to deliver unit-specific organizational changes, including reorganisations and performance management initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives at scale, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and amplify operational excellence.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of employee data (e.g., surveys, exits) to identify location-specific trends and develop targeted initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for local employment law and P&C policies, providing recommendations to address systemic issues affecting wellbeing.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $188000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target
