About the RoleThe Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing high-quality software. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean code, and staying updated on the latest technologies.
Job Title: Software EngineerKey Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement full-stack features using Node.js, React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML & CSS
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software on time
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Research technical issues and provide solutions
Minimum Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS
- Experience in Database like PostgreSQL and messaging systems like Kafka
- Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON
- Proficiency in relational databases, database design, and data modeling
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks
Desired Qualifications:- Experience working with UI/UX designers and cross-browser development
- Experience with code reviews and mentoring
Location: Plano, TX 75024 Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
