Responsibilities- Transform development patterns and deliver new experiences to users by employing AI tools
- Translate new browser technologies into real value for users
- Work with modern Web technologies such as Web Components to create portable, reusable UI
- Work with research and other engineering teams to integrate and refine AI and LLM experiences
- Help shape architectural and product design details when tasks or specifications are open-ended
- Collaborate with teammates across all functional teams to ensure quality in all phases of development
- Write beautiful, self-documenting code that others can easily read and adapt
- Write and review engineering documents, review design specs and participate in regular code reviews

Experience & education- A bachelor's degree (or masters) in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience developing modern Web applications, with strong programming fundamentals
- Experience building large, performance-conscious, interactive web applications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience with AI Coding Tools
- Experience working with large, modular products and codebases

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550In New York, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550In Washington, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
