Socio-Cultural Analyst- Mid Level

Job Summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Socio-Cultural Analyst- Mid Level in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOCOM.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze the cultural, social, and ideological landscapes of specific Areas of Interest (AOIs).
  • Create in-depth assessments on local populations, highlighting economic, political, and cultural dynamics.
  • Develop intelligence products, from studies and desk notes to interactive presentations.
  • Share your insights with leadership, ensuring they have the cultural context needed for mission success.
  • Be ready to travel across the AOR to provide real-time cultural intelligence.

Education and Experience
  • 5+ years in socio-cultural analysis within the intelligence community.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Social Analysis, or a related field (or 5+ years on a PAS or HQ SCA team).
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary teams, working with tools like ArcGIS, Trident, and TAC.
