- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every post looks and feels consistent.
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) - including on-camera presenting and explaining content.
- Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on what's working.
- Attend industry and community events on behalf of the brand and support engagement initiatives in person.
What We're Looking For- 2-7 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts or content programs for a brand, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- Strong design eye with the ability to produce premium, editorial-quality social content consistently.
- Expert proficiency in at least one design tool such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
- Comfort and confidence on camera, plus solid short-form video editing skills.
- Excellent written communication - you can translate dense, regulated subject matter into clear, engaging posts.
- Experience in or genuine connection to trust-heavy, regulated industries (legal tech, fintech, healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-starter who can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight.
