Full Job Description
About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role on the Marketing team at an AI-native immigration legal tech startup, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll own the brand's social media presence end to end - turning expert legal content into visually polished, highly engaging posts that educate and grow an audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and beyond.
What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across all social channels.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content.
  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and repeatable visual templates that make complex legal topics clear and shareable.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every post looks and feels consistent.
  • Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) - including on-camera presenting and explaining content.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on what's working.
  • Attend industry and community events on behalf of the brand and support engagement initiatives in person.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-7 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts or content programs for a brand, ideally at an early-stage startup.
  • Strong design eye with the ability to produce premium, editorial-quality social content consistently.
  • Expert proficiency in at least one design tool such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Comfort and confidence on camera, plus solid short-form video editing skills.
  • Excellent written communication - you can translate dense, regulated subject matter into clear, engaging posts.
  • Experience in or genuine connection to trust-heavy, regulated industries (legal tech, fintech, healthcare, or similar) is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location

On-site in San Francisco, CA (Jackson Square area). Strong preference for in-person presence; this is not a remote role.
