- Manage and mentor one direct report, providing strategic direction and feedback
- Partner with the influencer lead to identify, onboard, and oversee creators on retainer
- Partner with paid social counterparts to scale high-performing organic ideas
- Define the role of secondary channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Youtube and Substack, within the broader social ecosystem

- Skilled at creating social content, including writing copy, developing concepts, shaping visual direction, and managing content through execution
- Strong understanding of social design principles, with basic Canva skills and the ability to create or adapt simple, polished social assets independently
- Comfortable creating and executing content as needed, while knowing when to partner with Creative or external resources for more complex work
- Experienced developing social engagement strategies that foster community, conversation, and meaningful audience participation
- Skilled at adapting trends and cultural moments through a brand lens without making participation feel forced or overly branded
- Fluent in social performance data, with the ability to identify what's working, why, and how to apply those learnings
