About the RoleSharkNinja's social organization operates across multiple regions, brands, and channels simultaneously. The Social Operations Lead owns the infrastructure that makes that possible - the operating rhythms, execution frameworks, and cross-regional knowledge systems that allow global strategy to land consistently at market level.
This is not a coordination role. You will define how the social organization plans, communicates, and executes globally, and you will be accountable for the quality and speed of that execution.
What You'll OwnRegional Execution- Own the translation of global social priorities into market-level execution plans and playbooks - defining the frameworks regional teams work within, not just tracking against them.
- Identify and resolve blockers across regional programs before they escalate, serving as the first line of problem-solving rather than the escalation path.
- Define and own global operating rhythms: weekly check-ins, launch readiness standards, and cross-functional meeting cadences.
Cross-Regional Connectivity- Own the knowledge-sharing infrastructure across global and regional teams - building the systems that capture wins, document learnings, and make them accessible and actionable across markets.
- Drive cross-market sessions with clear outcomes and accountable follow-through, not just facilitation.
Content & Creative Enablement- Own the content distribution architecture - defining how global assets are organized, adapted, and deployed regionally so teams move faster with less friction.
- Identify content performance patterns across markets and translate them into clear recommendations that shape future creative direction.
Operations & Performance- Own the global social performance reporting infrastructure - building and maintaining dashboards, defining KPI frameworks, and translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Define and continuously improve the operational workflows that connect global and regional social teams.
Team Enablement- Own the onboarding and training framework for regional social teams - building documentation and process standards that reduce ramp time and drive consistency.
What You Bring- 2-5 years in social media, digital marketing, or cross-functional program management - with demonstrated experience building or improving operational systems, not just working within them.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer and creator ecosystems, and paid and organic content strategy.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and markets without formal authority.
- Sharp analytical capability - comfortable owning performance reporting and translating data into decisions.
- Excellent communicator across functions, time zones, and seniority levels.
